I liked listening to these books while doing something monotonous. They're fun. I've been getting a bit annoyed with the protagonist (for being too self-sacrificing and judgy for my taste) for the last couple of books, but I actually stopped listening at this one. I mean, what's with the potion poisoning plots? And the amnesia thing is really not the best trope. I have to ask myself, though: what is this porny German translation this other lady who listened to this was going on about? 😂 Maybe I'd like that better than reading about the judgy virgin in this series.
